We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Consultant - This is a revenue-focused role at the heart of our partner ecosystem. You are responsible for converting partner-sourced leads into signed Smartly customers, unlocking upsell potential and fuelling growth from new and existing relationships with accountants, bookkeepers, bureaus, and franchise groups.

This role blends the agility of a phone-based Account Executive with a strong understanding of how partners operate. You won’t own the partner relationships long-term, but your skill in influencing, qualifying, and closing deals will make you an essential part of the Smartly partner engine.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment Experience working with a sales system such as HubSpot, desirable Time management and prioritization skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Have a hunter & farmer mentality, looking to maximise opportunities with a creative mindset
  • Experience in the HR and payroll space is a bonus
  • Proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Effective work organisation skills with an ability to manage a wide variety of tasks Ability to work as part of a team but also be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
