Partner Relations

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Partner Relations Specialist to manage and grow our subcontractor network. This individual will be responsible for onboarding new subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring smooth collaboration between partners and our company. The ideal candidate will be a confident negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to balance business goals with fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding process for new subcontractors, ensuring a seamless integration into our network. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Monitor and report on subcontractor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts, ensuring the integrity of our subcontractor network. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or consulting industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and interests.
