Partner & Project Manager Football Marketing (m/f/d) | Dual Study MA

We are 11+, the football marketing agency from Hamburg. We advise, create, and communicate for sponsors, clubs, and associations in professional football.

For our partners, we develop sponsoring activations, campaigns, and content. We are a dynamic team with short communication lines, working where others play football.

Immediately, for the start of studies on October 1, 2026 / April 1, 2027, we are looking for: Partner & Project Manager Football Marketing (m/f/d) | Dual Study MA Sport Business Management at IST | 32 hours

Tasks

**Your Role:
**
You are studying for your Master's and will support our partners and the implementation of projects. From the initial idea to the final reporting, you will bring partners and the team together.

From day one, we give you responsibility, and you will grow step by step into the role - right in the middle of football marketing.

Your tasks with us:

• You will manage sponsoring activations from planning through implementation to final reporting.
• You will manage our partners in day-to-day business and be their dedicated point of contact.
• You will coordinate creation, project management, and production, keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines.
• You will develop proposals and presentations and participate in new business acquisition, from research to project completion.
• You will accompany appointments and productions on-site with the partner.
• You will follow football business and sponsoring trends and contribute impulses to ongoing projects.
• You will use AI for research, documentation, and presentation preparation, and turn it into better processes.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor's degree.
• You have initial experience in project management, sponsoring, or sales.
• Football is more than just a hobby for you: You understand what moves fans, clubs, and brands, and you are passionate about working in this world.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner, communicate clearly, and contribute creative ideas to projects.
• You are proficient with Keynote or PowerPoint, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and our CRM tool close; experience with ClickUp or sevDesk is a plus.
• You are already working with AI tools and want to improve in this area.
• You want to be more capable after your studies than before and are willing to take on responsibility early on.
