You advise companies and decision-makers in situations with high strategic impact. You take responsibility in mandates, shape contents and drive effects. As a Partner at Blacksd Global, you act entrepreneurially, not hierarchically. You do not lead projects, but actively shape them and contribute to the further development of the company, its themes, and its network.

You work closely with Managing Partners, bring in your own market impulses, and are a visible part of our external positioning. Your role is impact-oriented. Responsibility arises through performance and trust.

Aufgaben

As a Partner at Blacksd Global, you make an immediate contribution on several levels:

• You advise in existing project teams just as directly to the level of CEOs, business owners, and shareholders.
• You structure complex entrepreneurial questions and translate them into clear decision-making bases.
• You identify new mandate opportunities, develop customer relationships further, and actively contribute to market expansion.
• You bring your in-depth expertise into the development of Thought Leadership, internal standards, and knowledge modules.
• You serve as a mentor and sparring partner for consultants within the organization.

Your success is measured by impact, trust, and sustainable added value for our clients.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed university degree.
• A degree from an internationally renowned university, particularly from a top business school or elite university like Harvard or comparable institutions, is advantageous.
• You bring several years of relevant work experience in consulting, industry, finance, law, or a similar demanding environment.
• You move confidently in exchange with executives and are accustomed to complex contents being clear, structured, and persuasively communicated.
• You master English at least on C1 level in both spoken and written form. Very good German language skills are expected.
• A professional qualification or the ability to serve as a judge is advantageous, particularly for mandates with strong legal or regulatory relevance.
• You possess entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity, analytical depth, and intellectual curiosity. Travel readiness is expected.
