Partner of the Duży Ben alcohol store (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of the Duży Ben store in accordance with the network's developed standards
• Building and managing your own team – recruitment, work organization, motivation
• Order and inventory management using modern tools
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service and a positive shopping atmosphere
• Conducting local promotional activities and developing store recognition

Our requirements

• Readiness to establish a business activity
• Team management and work organization skills
• Availability for a 10-day training preparing for store management
• Experience in trade will be an additional advantage
• Positive credit history, with no arrears in BIG, BIK, and KRD registers

• Foreigners are welcome

What we offer

• A ready store to start – You don't have to have your own premises – we acquire it for you. You receive a fully equipped and stocked store, ready for operation. We deliver equipment and goods to your door.
• Low down payment and refundable deposit – Down payment: PLN 6,000 – you don't need to have this amount to start. You pay it off comfortably, in installments of PLN 500 per month, deducted from your salary.
• Deposit: PLN 7,000 – refundable, with the possibility of installment payments.
• Stable income from the first month – From the store's launch, you are guaranteed a regular salary. You start with a sense of security and peace of mind.
• Paid training and full support – Before the store opens, you will undergo comprehensive training, for which you will receive remuneration after passing the exam. Additionally, you and your team can use a modern training platform.
• Effective marketing at no cost – You don't have to worry about advertising – our experts take care of your promotion. You receive ready-made materials and nationwide campaigns that attract customers. You sell, we promote – free of charge.
• Modern technologies included – We provide ready-made solutions that will simplify your store management. You do not incur costs for tools or software.
• Efficient technical service – In case of a breakdown – we are there. Our technical service operates quickly and efficiently to ensure business continuity.
