Partner Manager for Learning Programs

What it's about

With Coachweave, Teachlume GmbH turns the knowledge of coaches, trainers, and consultants into digital learning programs that accompany people for weeks. Production is done with our own AI chain: structure suggestions, courses, images, voices, translations. What the AI cannot do: understand what a coach truly needs, assess whether a program is effective, and build it in a way that sustains itself. For this, we are looking for you. Demand is growing faster than our founder alone can conduct conversations.

What you will do

• You conduct initial conversations with coaches and find out what they truly need. If it's not a fit, you kindly say so.

• You keep the pipeline moving: many partners in parallel, each with a clear next step.

• You check what our AI creates from conversations and material (structure suggestions, PDFs, courses), provide it with precise feedback, and approve it when it's good.

• You discuss the results with the partners and further develop the programs with them.

• You think about programs economically: price, entry, subscription, upgrade, and what keeps learners engaged.

• After launch, you look at what works and turn it into the next season.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in consulting or partner and customer support with own responsibility, preferably in coaching, further education, EdTech, or SaaS.

• You work in a structured manner with many stakeholders simultaneously and leave nothing undone.

• You enjoy calculating whether a model is sustainable.

• You know how people learn and stay engaged; experience in L&D is a plus, you will learn the rest from us.

• You recognize when a text or concept doesn't hold up and can say exactly why. You work with AI tools as a matter of course.

• Fluent German, good English.

What we offer

• 70,000 to 85,000 € gross per year full-time. If you prefer to work four days, that's also possible, with a proportional salary.

• 100% remote, residency in Germany.

• No production work: conversations, judgment, programs.

• Direct collaboration with the founder and the prospect of being responsible for the partner area.
