As a Partner Manager – Service Cooling (m/f/d), you are the central link between our company and our external service partners. You ensure that maintenance, repairs, and commissioning run smoothly, on time, and at the highest level nationwide and internationally.

❄️ Your Challenge

• Specifically select, onboard, and provide long-term support for service partners and refrigeration specialists.

• Negotiate and conclude framework agreements, conditions, and service level agreements.

• Organize product, software, and process training for service technicians.

• Be the first point of contact for partners and end customers in complex cases.

• Optimize ticket handover, spare parts logistics, and warranty processing, as well as conduct on-site spot checks.

• Monitor and develop performance KPIs such as first-call resolution rate and response times.

🎯 Your Profile

• Technical qualification (e.g., Mechatronics Technician Refrigeration Technology) or commercial background with a strong affinity for refrigeration/building services engineering.

• Master craftsman or technician qualification as a plus.

• Several years of experience in technical customer service or managing external partners.

• Solid industry knowledge in refrigeration technology, refrigerated display cases, or building services engineering.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and assertiveness skills at all levels.

• Proficient in using ERP, CRM, and modern ticketing tools.

• Willingness to travel for regular partner visits and on-site audits.
