This role combines both: winning and accompanying. You bring on new partners, but just as important is that you onboard them, support them, and develop them further. If you only want to hunt, this is the wrong place. If you only want to manage, neither.

And you start without zero: many inquiries come in naturally, and we provide you with warm contacts for your first conversations. Cold acquisition belongs to it, but that's not the focus.

What You Do

• Win: You lead the initial conversations with interested businesses, mostly from warm contacts. Suitable companies you also approach yourself, never into the void, because you have genuine references from the region behind you.
• Convince: You conduct software demonstrations via video conference, honestly addressing concerns, building trust, and closing digitally.
• Onboard: You set up the system for your new partners, train them, and accompany them until everything runs smoothly in daily life.
• Sustain and grow: You remain a steady point of contact, answering questions, recognizing where more value is possible, such as a professional website or online marketing. You always drive meaningful upsells from genuine added value.
• Bond: You ensure that your partners stay, recommend you further, and your partner network grows incrementally. With it, your success grows.
• You prioritize wisely because many phases run parallel, keeping your CRM clean, so nothing gets left behind.

What You Earn

• Attractive fixed salary of around 55,000 € plus uncapped performance-based income, open-ended upwards.
• Roughly 80,000 € per year upon target achievement. You earn from closures, successful onboarding, and upsells. The more genuine value you create, the more for you.
• Nationwide work-from-home office.

What You Bring

• You sell gladly and win people over, by phone, video, or in person.
• And you make them successful afterwards, patiently and conscientiously. Both must lie with you.
• A head for complexity. You penetrate a broad ERP system and explain it simply.
• Eigenverantwortung. You want to be responsible for your own thing and don't need a pusher.
• Digital- and AI-affine, self-reliant, time-flexible. Some tree care companies only have time in the evening.

You don't have to come from the green industry. But you want to get to know it. Tree care has its own language and a surprisingly great community. Our partners take you with them if you show genuine curiosity. Just one thing beforehand: This is not a short-term stopover. It requires genuine onboarding and time.

Augsburg Trade Fair
