The Betreuungswelt GmbH has been successfully active in the market of 24-hour care for over 10 years and operates one of the largest license partner networks in Germany.

To expand our Partner Growth & Success (PGS) department, we are looking for a Partner Growth & Success Manager (m/w/d), who will actively support, develop, and make our license partners long-term successful.

Aufgaben

• Sales-oriented and strategic Betreuung bestehender Lizenzpartner (Bestandsausbau, Umsatzsteigerung)
• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von 1:1-Coachings, Trainings und Planungsterminen
• Motivation, Reaktivierung und professionelles Beschwerdemanagement
• Onboarding neuer Lizenzpartner including introduction, training, and accompaniment
• Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen & Workshops (online, inhouse, Partnermeetings)
• Mitarbeit an und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungs- und eLearning-Inhalten
• Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Prozessen und Vertriebsstrukturen
• Steuerung und Bewertung des Erfolgs anhand klarer KPIs

What this role is not explicitly about

• No classic new customer sales
• No call center job
• No permanent travel activity

Qualifikation

• Experience in Vertrieb, Account Management, Coaching, Training or Partnerbetreuung
• Very good communication skills and high empathy
• Structured, independent working style
• Endurance and confident appearance – even in difficult conversations
• Pleasure in developing people and long-term accompaniment
• No industry knowledge required – we will integrate you structuredly
