Partner Enablement Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Partner Enablement Specialist to own the development and maintenance of our essential partner resources. You will be instrumental in ensuring our partners are well-trained, highly effective, and consistently achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is centered on content excellence and resource management to drive partner proficiency:

    • Platform Training Content Management: Develop, curate, and maintain all training materials related to our platform, including guides, video scripts, and e-learning modules. You will ensure content is always current, accurate, and engaging
    • Self-Service Resource Library Maintenance: Be the curator and administrator of our central partner resource library. This includes organizing, tagging, and optimizing the structure so partners can easily find the tools and information they need, when they need it
    • Template and Playbook Updates: Manage the version control and regular updates for all critical partner-facing documents, such as sales playbooks, pitch decks, and operational templates, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with current product features and best practices

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in content development, training, or enablement, preferably in a B2B or partner-facing role
    • Strong editorial skills and an eye for detail in documentation and presentation design
    • Experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or knowledge base platform
    • Ability to translate technical and process information into simple, executable steps.
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously

    Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

    • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

    • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
    • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
    • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

    • Backup Device:
    • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
    • Must be functional during power interruptions.

    • A functioning webcam.
    • A noise-canceling USB headset.
    • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
    • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
