With offices already established in Queensland and plans to expand into Sydney and Melbourne, they are led by an exceptional CEO with over 30 years of legal and commercial leadership. The firm delivers legal services across Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, Property, Litigation, and Digital Assets.

About the position:

Our client is looking for a Corporate & M&A Partner to lead major transactional work and drive strategic growth from their Brisbane office. You’ll advise on complex corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, restructures, joint ventures, and general advisory, with a particular demand for Capital Markets expertise.

But beyond the legal work, this is a career-defining leadership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO on the firm’s strategic goals, help guide national expansion, and build and mentor your own high-performing team. It’s a rare opportunity for someone who’s ready to step beyond the traditional Partner role and into a firm-wide leadership position.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years PAE in Corporate/M&A law (private practice)
• Strong experience in Capital Markets highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and teams
• Passion for mentoring and developing lawyers
• Strategic thinking and business development capability
