Job description
Relevant to the Principal Director – Operational Performance, the Partnership – Operational Performance plays a key role in transforming strategies into tangible results. A true partner of operational teams, it supports performance initiatives by analyzing data, developing decision-making tools, and ensuring that actions are well understood and applied on the ground.
Profile
Responsibilities
- Produce quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Contribute to defining, tracking, and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement of operations and project cycles.
- Ensure the follow-up of action plans and prepare clear advancement reports.
- Design and maintain decision-making tools (dashboards, analysis reports, presentations).
- Serve as a partner to operational teams, fostering adherence to initiatives through close collaboration and occasional site visits.
- Participate in transversal projects related to performance, transformation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in performance analysis or operational management
- Mastery of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, PowerBI)
- Excellent analytical, synthesizing, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement (a significant asset)
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Occasional travel required
