Business Partner - Finance

The Business Partner - Finance plays a key role in improving operational and financial performance by working closely with site management and regional management. The position is strongly integrated into operations, with regular presence on sites to develop a deep understanding of processes, cost levers, and performance factors. By combining solid financial expertise with direct exposure to operations, the Business Partner - Finance transforms financial analyses into concrete recommendations, supports informed decision-making, and contributes directly to continuous improvement initiatives and value creation for the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a financial partner to operational teams and regional management
• Be present on sites to develop a deep understanding of operations, cost levers, and performance factors
• Analyze financial performance (production costs, margins, inventories, operational efficiency) and challenge operational decisions
• Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend concrete actions
• Support budgeting exercises, forecasting, and scenario analysis directly linked to operations
• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement
• Present clear and decision-oriented financial analyses to management
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams (control, accounting, FP&A) to ensure data coherence and reliability
• Contribute to the evolution of operational and financial performance indicators
