We are developing a modern solution that addresses the challenges of simplification, organization, and monitoring of real estate assets.

To support our commercial development, we wish to build an initial network of independent partners motivated by technology, real estate, and entrepreneurship.

🚀 Your Mission

As an independent business partner, you will contribute to the development of PropertyOS by identifying professionals who may be interested in our solution.

Depending on the agreed partnership framework, your missions may include:

• Identifying prospects: property owners, real estate investors, and rental management professionals.
• Promoting PropertyOS: presenting the benefits of the solution and sharing the communication materials provided.
• Generating business opportunities: connecting qualified prospects with PropertyOS.
• Contributing to network development: raising awareness of the solution within your professional network.
• Tracking your opportunities: using the tools provided to follow up on the prospects you have brought in.

The connection missions do not include negotiating or concluding contracts on behalf of PropertyOS. Any more extensive commercial mission will require an adapted contractual framework.

💰 Performance-Based Compensation

We want to develop a performance-based partnership model.

Compensation will be contractually defined according to the nature of the mission and the results achieved.

The principle: concretely valuing business opportunities that contribute to the development of PropertyOS.

The precise compensation conditions, sales attribution methods, and payment deadlines will be communicated before the partnership begins.

This is an independent collaboration opportunity, not a salaried employment. No minimum income or guaranteed sales volume is offered.
