Rate: £15/hour + uncapped performance bonus (£5/member for the first month per gym onboarded)

The Role

We are looking for a bubbly, energetic sales professional to help grow Uplift by onboarding new gyms and partnerships. This is a part-time independent contractor role, working remotely, but you must be based in London to meet clients in person.

You will engage with potential clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to bring gyms into our network.

Your goal is to persuade gym managers and owners of the value of Uplift, encouraging them to co-promote our club to their members, allow on-site promotions, and host events.

You will be provided with all the necessary promotional materials and training.

This role offers flexible hours and performance-based pay — your earnings are uncapped (terms and conditions apply) if you excel at selling and building relationships.

We are looking for the successful applicant to start 5th January 2026

Key Responsibilities

Engage potential partner gyms

Build strong relationships with gym managers and other stakeholders

Persuade decision-makers of the benefits of partnering with Uplift (leveraging our materials and training)

Secure agreements for gym promotions, events, and co-marketing opportunities

Track and report progress on new partnerships

Pay & Bonus

Base Pay: £15/hour

Performance Bonus: £5 for every member who signs up from a gym you onboard in the first month (one-off payment).

Example: Onboarding a gym that produces 30 members in the first month earns you a £150 one-off bonus on top of your base pay.

Bonus is uncapped, meaning your earnings grow with your success — onboard 10 gyms and your bonus could increase to £1,500+ (terms and conditions apply).

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills

Able to build rapport quickly and engender trust

Comfortable selling, presenting, and networking

Based in London for in-person client meetings (travel around London required to meet potential clients)

Must be able to work as an independent contractor
