Part-Time Sales Assistant

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca spa, Filiale di Roma Galati, is seeking a part-time sales assistant for a leading retail company that specializes in confectionery products. The job requires the ability to increase sales through customer loyalty and creating pleasant shopping experiences. The role will ensure effective and positive communication with customers during assisted sales and will be responsible for restocking and maintaining product quality in-store.

The main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and providing professional and courteous sales assistance, in line with the company's philosophy.
• Ensuring that products are always correctly stocked.
• Maintaining the store to excellent standards, respecting visual merchandising standards according to company directives.
• SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER AND COLLABORATING ACTIVELY WITH THE TEAM TO GUARANTEE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPANY'S MARKETING PLAN AND THE CORRECT PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS.
• Presenting products and offers to customers with professionalism and kindness.
• Contributing actively to customer loyalty.

The job requires:

• A high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience in retail sales.
• Availability to work on shifts.
• Excellent relational, communicative and listening skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
