Part-time Sales Assistant (20/24h) - Ravenna

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at our Ravenna store within the CC Esp, with a part-time contract of 20/24 hours per week, according to the CCNL Commercio - Terziario agreement. Your role will be to promote our brand image and ensure excellent customer service, taking care of every detail of the store: from stock management to layout, following Nuna Lie standards. Main responsibilities include - Welcoming every customer with a smile and attention, always putting service first - Having in-depth knowledge of products to offer personalized and punctual style consultations - Managing multiple needs simultaneously while maintaining high-quality shopping experiences - Caring for restocking, stock control, and order of the sales area in sync with the team

We're looking for someone with an empathetic personality, ready to establish authentic relationships! - Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, adapting naturally to any situation - At least 3 years of experience in fashion retail (clothing and accessories) - Enthusiasm in sharing community values and kindness that define us
