As a Retail Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of adidas. • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and in-store promotions. • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining high levels of store appearance, inventory management, and cash handling. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team goals. • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on adidas products, services, and initiatives. • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
