Part-Time Retail Professional - Auckland Airport Concept Store

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Auckland Airport Brand Concept Store in NZ on a PART-TIME basis. As a Retail Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Brand Ambassadors and participate in various events and activations. Key responsibilities: • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer service skills; • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable; • Create an engaging shopping experience for our customers through innovative store layouts, displays, and events; • Work closely with Brand Ambassadors to drive brand awareness and engagement; • Participate in various events and activations to promote the brand and drive sales; • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends. Requirements: • 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales or a related field; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Passion for sport, fashion, and retail; • Availability to work PART-TIME hours (approx. 20 hours per week); • Ability to lift up to 25kg occasionally.
