Part-Time Property Compliance Administrator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Compliance Administrator to join our team part-time. The primary focus of this role will be to review, audit, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of our landlord and tenancy management files. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Note: Only candidates who meet the required qualifications and proficiency levels in the specified tools would be considered, as these criteria are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Compensation:540 AUD per month (paid twice a month)
Schedule: 24 hours/week Mondays to Fridays Sydney Tiime
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and review landlord files to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Identify discrepancies in property management documentation, such as outdated or missing management authorities, mismatched names on documents, etc.
- Maintain and update property files in our tenancy management system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Follow up with trades for work orders and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Navigate and utilize Property Me, Excel, Inspection Express, and Microsoft 365 to manage and update property information.
- Understand the importance of compliance and the purpose of the audit, ensuring that attention to detail does not negatively impact productivity.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with tenancy management systems, particularly Property Me, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Inspection Express, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up with trades and other stakeholders as needed.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to learn new software easily
The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:
- Property Me, Inspection Express, Microsoft 365, Excel spreadsheets, Agentbox (would be good/helpful)
