Missions :

Ordering, managing medication and medical devices.

Managing blood derivatives (orders, tracking, invoicing, inventory services).

Managing controlled substances (orders, tracking, invoicing, inventory services).

Respect for CAQES: Participation in pharmacotherapeutic analysis of prescriptions

Participation in writing quality documents and procedures.

SUPERVISING AND TRAINING PREPARERS, STERILIZATION AGENTS.

Supervising the team and sterilization process.

Supervising pharmaceutical activity for chemotherapy (15,000 pouches/year) Profile :

Pharmacist meeting the requirements of the January 2015 decree regarding conditions of exercise in PUI (h/f).

Sense of responsibility and organization, rigor and proposal will be a plus in this position

Working with 1 pharmacist manager, 7 preparers, and 6 sterilization agents.

Getting involved in medical-economic management.

Registration to the Order of Pharmacists: Section H.
