Missions :
Command, management of medication and medical devices.
Management of blood derivatives (orders, traceability, invoicing, stock services)
Management of controlled substances (orders, traceability, invoicing, stock services)
Respect for CAQES: Participation in pharmacotherapeutic analysis of prescriptions
Participation in writing quality documents and procedures
Supervise and train preparers, sterilization agents
Supervise the team and sterilization process
Supervise the pharmaceutical activity of chemotherapy (15,000 pouches/year) Profile :
Pharmacist responding to the requirements of the January 2015 decree concerning the conditions of exercise in PUI (f/h).
Sense of responsibility and organization, rigor and proposal strength will be a plus in this position
Work team with 1 pharmacist manager, 7 preparers, and 6 sterilization agents.
Get involved in medical-economic management.
Registration to the Order of Pharmacists: Section H.
