What you’ll be doing As an Optical Assistant, you will be working closely with our experienced optometrists and optical technicians to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about glasses, contact lenses, and eye health. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. What we’re looking for We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
