What you’ll be doing As an Optical Assistant, you will be working closely with the store manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert advice on eyewear and contact lenses, and maintain high standards of store presentation. You will also be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have previous experience working in retail or the optical industry, that’s a bonus!
