Job Responsibilities * Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients. * Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed. Job Requirements * Must possess an active, unrestricted license in the state of Massachusetts (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist). * Must have experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families. * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be able to maintain client confidentiality. * Must be proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems. * Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be able to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
