The key responsible reports to the store manager. Your role is to offer an exceptional customer experience by being easy-going, listening to customers' needs, and inspiring confidence.
A typical day (what you'll do on a daily basis)
- Offer an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive relationships with customers and retains their loyalty.
- Take on the role of cashier while leveraging your knowledge of sales, promotion, and product knowledge to increase sales of related articles.
- Walk around the store floor and ensure that all visual presentation standards are respected.
- Open and close the store according to procedures.
