Part-time Junior Ops Manager

At STEAM Coffee, good coffee is built from behind the scenes: with organization and people who care about details. We are looking for a Junior Ops Manager to join the operations team and learn, from the inside, how a HoReCa business works. The role is part-time, with a schedule of 4 hours per day, and requires physical presence at the office.

What you will do:

• You will handle the management of financial documents, including invoicing and invoice tracking
• You will participate in the organization and inventory of stocks across multiple locations
• You will contribute to management control, alongside location managers
• You will learn how the operations of a HoReCa business work

We are a good fit if:

• You have studies at an economics faculty
• You have an organizational spirit and attention to detail
• You are communicative, have an open attitude towards learning, and find solutions quickly when unforeseen situations arise
• You have advanced knowledge of the English language
• You have basic knowledge of Excel
• It's a plus if you have experience in student associations or volunteering
