Etc. S.p.A., a labor agency, is searching for a part-time fishmonger assistant to work with an important client operating in the organized retail sector (GDO). The job responsibilities include:

• Pulizia e sfilettatura del pesce, garantendo qualità e freschezza
• Accoglienza e assistenza alla clientela
• Allestimento del banco, esposizione dei prodotti e riassortimento
• Confezionamento e etichettatura dei prodotti secondo le normative vigenti
• Pulizia e sanificazione degli strumenti e dell'area di lavoro

The requirements include:

• Pre-existing experience in the role
• Good manual skills and knowledge of fish cutting techniques
• Predisposition to interacting with the public
• Possession of a valid HACCP certificate
• Flexibility and availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays

  The job will be part-time 24H, working 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays. The contract is for a fixed term with the possibility of extension.
