What we are hiring for: We are currently hiring multiple part-time Direct Support Professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals with developmental disabilities Facilitating community integration through participation in recreational activities, social events, and community outings Maintaining accurate records of individual's progress and services provided Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement individualized service plans.
