Part Time Customer Service Coordinator

We're looking for an organised, detail-driven administrator to join our Corio Customer Service team in a permanent part-time capacity. You'll be the administrative backbone of our Customer Service team - keeping data, documents, and systems running smoothly so our coordinators and sales team can focus on delivering great customer outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. You'll also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting.
