Part Time Cook

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join a small but busy takeaway food van located permanently in Stratford. The role involves preparing and cooking a range of fresh grill and fried foods, ensuring consistent quality and excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Regular Friday and Saturday shifts 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM are available, with the potential for additional days depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work station. * Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. * Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and handling payments. * Assist with stock management and ordering as needed. Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
