Part-time Auxiliary Nurse - Le Domaine Mahonia

Working in the field of residences for seniors, Le Domaine Mahonia, a new residence of Groupe Lokia, has as its mission to offer superior quality of life in a warm, respectful, and stimulating environment while maintaining autonomy. Le Domaine Mahonia hosts autonomous individuals and those with loss of autonomy since June 2022.

Your talents and competencies allow:

• To care for wounds, apply dressings, and provide necessary care to residents;
• To be concerned about the health state of residents and perform technical gestures necessary, while ensuring physical and moral well-being;
• To supervise caregivers when administering medications and delegated acts, taking blood pressure, glucose levels, insulin, etc.;
• To ensure technical and moral support to the care team at the residence and provide necessary guidance so that our residents receive high-quality care and services;
• To monitor hygiene and nutritional balance of residents and collect necessary data for health status follow-up (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.);
• To ensure a human presence among residents who need it to help, encourage, and provide moral support they need;
• To prepare and ensure that resident care files are updated daily;
• To manage emergencies that may arise;
• To perform all other connected tasks;

You hold the following training:

• Nursing training (DEP);
• RCR;
• OIIAQ permit;
• SyMO software knowledge (an asset);
• Ongoing training will also be considered.
