Part-time Accountant

Ali Lavoro Spa, Cassina de Pecchi branch, is selecting a young Italian company specializing in the production of dietary supplements for third-party accounts, a part-time accountant 20 hours. The resource, which will manage activities independently, will mainly be responsible for: - General ledger accounting - Cash and bank statements, invoices - Supplier invoices - VAT registration stamps - Bank statement reconciliations - Client cash management - RA controls, asset management - Periodic balance rectifications - Payment preparation and management - Deadline monitoring and payments - Order creation at supplier and data entry - Warehouse loading control - Contracting with suppliers for merchandise orders - Replenishing warehouse inventory through software - Credit recovery solicitations

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or degree in economics and/or finance
• Knowledge of Excel
• Experience in economic/financial consulting firms or auditing companies
• Administrative/finance department experience

Offered:

• Determined-term contract with possibility of indefinite-term employment
• CCNL COMMERCIO (14 months), classification and RAL to be adjusted based on the candidate's experience
• Part-time 20 hours/week from Monday to Friday (9:00 - 13:00)
