The Parsenn Gada, with 120 seats, is a unique meeting point directly at the valley station of Parsenn in Davos. Large outdoor bar in a prime location. With alpine charm, warm hospitality, and a modern gastronomic concept, we create a special experience for locals, guests, and winter sports enthusiasts in the heart of Davos Dorf. Its location immediately at the entrance to the largest ski area in Davos offers great potential for innovative gastronomy and unforgettable guest experiences.

Manager/in Parsenn Gada (100%)

Your Responsibilities

• Leadership, motivation, and development of the 12-member service and bar team
• Ensuring a first-class guest experience and high service quality
• Planning and implementation of sales and marketing activities
• Active participation in day-to-day operations and fulfilling the host role
• Organization and execution of events, aperitifs, and special occasions
• Cultivating relationships with regular guests, partners, and local service providers
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Your Profile

• Experience in a leadership role in gastronomy
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Host personality with a passion for service and quality
• Organizational talent and resilience, even during peak times
• Very good German language skills, other languages are an advantage
• Experience in staff management and operational organization
• Confident handling of business key figures
