PARMA - Employed Financial Advisor

Role Mission

Crédit Agricole Italia is seeking commercial figures with high relational skills and availability to move within the reference territory, with a strong orientation towards acquiring new clients, particularly in the private segment (Affluent/Upper Affluent), to be integrated into the Financial Advisors Commercial Channel.

The advisor will be responsible for the development and growth of the portfolio, with the opportunity to offer the Group's full range of products and services.

The resource, in accordance with the Bank's general policies, will be responsible for:

• ensuring the achievement of economic objectives
• analyzing the client's risk profile through cutting-edge IT support
• proposing products in line with the investment strategy and appropriate to the client's risk profile
• periodically verifying the adequacy of investment strategies with clients
• pursuing constant updating on new products, on the performance of active commercial initiatives and those being planned.

The identified resource will be able to operate dynamically by developing relationships throughout the national territory.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Proven experience in the role of Premium/Affluent Manager, Branch Manager with a Premium/Affluent portfolio, or Financial Advisor within a commercial network is required.

The following characteristics are expected for the role:

Personal Characteristics:

• Proactivity, empathy, ability to relate to clients and colleagues;
• Precision and attention to work quality;
• Ability to work quickly, discretion, professionalism;

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of investment products;
• Knowledge of basic products (mortgages, loans, insurance, cards, current accounts);
• Mandatory training possibly already completed at another credit institution;
• Regulatory sensitivity on Anti-Money Laundering and Transparency issues;

Remuneration and Benefits

• Contract - National Collective Labor Agreement for Credit, as amended from time to time
• Level – Professional Area/Executive Roles
• Fixed Salary (RAL) - not less than Euro 40,000.00 - a remuneration positioning more in line with the profile encountered may be defined based on the levels of skills and seniority possessed;
