• keep our parking spaces in mind and ensure that everything runs smoothly – whether the sun is shining or it's raining
• as the first point of contact for our parking spaces, communicate with our customers in a friendly and determined manner, and clarify any issues or misunderstandings directly with our business partners on site
• ensure a smooth process and take action when necessary, such as creating tickets
• act solution-oriented even in challenging situations and resolve conflicts

You have:

• a self-employed work style and show initiative
• motivation and engagement to achieve our goals together
• the ability to confidently, persuasively, and friendly defend your position
• Loyalty towards your employer and are careful and trustworthy
• character traits: punctuality, reliability, and conscientiousness
• a class 3/B driver's license (mandatory) and good German language skills
