Park Technical & Facilities Operations Lead

NTUC Club in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee the technical and maintenance operations of a park. Responsibilities include managing a technical team, developing maintenance strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage projects effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park, including but not limited to: coordinating maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all technical systems are functioning properly. Additionally, the Park Technical & Facilities Operations Lead will be expected to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan, which includes identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong attention to detail.
