Immediate Joining Key Responsibilities Fields incoming enquiries from prospective families, collect and capture their data into the student management system effectively and accurately Build effective, supportive and professional relationships with families to promote School’s Amazing Learning and support prospective families in identifying their school choice options Ensure all incoming enquiries from prospective families are responded to within 24 hours. This includes but not limited to: responding to phone calls, emails, and SMS messages. Develop and maintain a database of prospective students and their parents/guardians. Provide regular updates to the School’s management team on the progress of prospective students. Collaborate with the Admissions Team to ensure that all necessary information is collected from prospective families. Ensure that all data entered into the student management system is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Develop and maintain a database of prospective students and their parents/guardians.
