Role Overview The Paraplanner supports Family Wealth Specialist by providing technical financial analysis, strategy formulation, and documentation, ensuring that all recommendations are aligned with investors' long-term wealth objectives and the firm’s commitment to ethical, investor-centric advisory. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Analysis & Strategy Support • Conduct in-depth analysis of investors’ financial positions, including income, assets, liabilities, and existing portfolios • Assist Family Wealth Specialist in developing comprehensive investment strategies that align with clients’ goals and risk tolerance • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of recommendations into overall wealth management plans • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for Family Wealth Specialist and other stakeholders. 2. Documentation & Communication • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client financial information and investment strategies • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, Family Wealth Specialist, and other stakeholders regarding progress and results • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information. 3. Compliance & Risk Management • Stay current with regulatory requirements and firm policies related to wealth management and financial planning • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client investments and strategies • Collaborate with compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls.
