Paramedic

The Staff Pad is honored to partnered with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana with superior care and a hometown commitment to be the gold standard for health care in Montana. We are seeking a Paramedic to join this growing healthcare organization. As a Paramedic, your primary responsibility is 911 response, inter-facility transports, public assistance, and Emergency Department assistance as needed. Responsibilities: Supervise and promote cohesive patient care management as a part of the emergency medical services team; Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between emergency departments and other healthcare settings; Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction; Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. Requirements: Current Montana Paramedic certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date; High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or related field preferred; Valid driver's license with a good driving record; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
