• Build strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, other industry professionals and guests.

• Conduct tours, highlighting the architectural details and the beauty of the surrounding environment.

• Understand the needs and aspirations of potential buyers, crafting presentations that resonate with their dreams.

Who You Are:

• Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

• A genuine passion for the Baja lifestyle and a deep understanding of its appeal.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by exceeding expectations.
