Job Description

The Media Measurement department measures television and radio audiences in the Belgian media landscape. For our radio audience study, 24,000 people are interviewed each year, and 1,500 households send their TV audience data every day.
As an Assistant Panel Management you are :

• Francophone or Dutch-speaking, or bilingual. Intermediate-level English.
• The first point of contact for participants in our studies.
• You follow the quality of the panel and achievement of KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct daily the team of interviewers/technicians.
• Daily telephone management of interviewers and technicians.
• Mentor, accompany, and motivate fieldworkers/technicians, both individually and as a team.
• Conduct quality control checks.
• Recruit new participants.
• Write and analyze reports to track performance and progress.
• Take care of invoicing follow-up.

• You are comfortable with new technologies and know at least the basics of Excel and Word.
