Palantir Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Lead/Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Palantir Foundry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Palantir platform capabilities, data engineering, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring technical teams. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions, including data integration, transformation, and visualization; · Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans; · Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Palantir Foundry; · Mentor and guide junior developers and technical teams on Palantir platform capabilities and best practices; · Develop and maintain technical documentation for Palantir Foundry solutions; · Stay up-to-date with the latest Palantir Foundry features and technologies to continuously improve solution architecture and delivery. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; · At least 5 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or a related field; · Proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring technical teams; · Deep expertise in Palantir platform capabilities, data engineering, and solution architecture; · Strong understanding of data integration, transformation, and visualization concepts; · Experience with Agile project management methodologies; · Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
