The Jet Co is a residential and commercial pressure washing and painting business. We offer painting solutions so that surfaces are looking brand new!
We are looking for a full-time, highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our growing team. You must be professional and have experience working in commercial and residential settings. Please note that this is not a trainee or apprenticeship position so please only apply if you have proven painting experience.
The role:
As a permanent and full-time Painter, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing surfaces - after cleaning, ensuring all holes and cracks are properly filled, sanding back when necessary
- Smoothing and sealing surfaces when necessary
- Erecting drop sheets, ladders, protective tapes and scaffolding
- Selecting appropriate primers and sealants
- Mixing and applying paints using spray guns, rollers and brushes
- Applying finishes and waterproofing coatings
- Maintaining a clean work space and adhering to all safety protocol

We are offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum based on your experience.
