Key Responsibilities: Apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate the surfaces of buildings and other structures. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks and holes. Select appropriate paints, varnishes, and other finishes based on project requirements. Use brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools to apply finishes evenly and smoothly. Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies. Erect scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to access work areas. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups as needed. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a painter. Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques. Ability to work with various painting tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color. Good physical condition and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
