Sustainable Trades is a small but scaling trade services company focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial builds. We work with a strong and healthy pipeline of projects across a variety of builders. We want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team you’ll be responsible for:

1. Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces to a superior finish
2. Rolling, cutting-in and brush work on walls, ceilings, trims and doors
3. Textured painting and decorative finishes
4. Painting timber surfaces (e.g., bannisters, door frames, architraves)
5. Surface preparation including filling, sanding and ensuring smooth, professional results
6. Maintaining quality and safety on site
7. Working on both residential and commercial jobs

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven painting experience (residential/commercial)
2. Ability to use a range of tools: rollers, brushes, sprayers and hand tools
3. Strong attention to detail with a pride in workmanship
4. Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
5. White Card (construction induction) preferred
6. Driver’s licence and own tools advantageous
