Key Responsibilities

• High-end interior and exterior painting on residential projects
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, priming, and sealing
• Applying paints, stains, and finishes using various techniques
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ensuring work meets strict quality and aesthetic standards
• Working collaboratively with our construction and design teams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Ability to follow project specifications and design plans
• White Card (mandatory)
• Driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
• ABN and own tools (preferred for subcontractors)
