Indian Property Group Pty Ltd is a growing civil and property development company involved in a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Painter to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial works.

We are seeking a skilled Painter to carry out painting and finishing work on various construction sites. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on interiors and exteriors.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks or holes
• Apply undercoats, topcoats, varnishes, stains, and protective finishes
• Mix and match paint colours and textures as required
• Work on a variety of surfaces including wood, plaster, metal, and concrete
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and health regulations on-site
• Work effectively in a team or independently, depending on the project

• Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial projects
• Good knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and project specifications
• Own transport and basic tools (preferred but not essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Ability to work at heights and use ladders or scaffolding if required
