A large local construction company is seeking to fill the position of full time Painter / Contract Administrator / Web Administrator / Graphic Designer

We are a leading local construction company with projects in both regional and metropolitan areas. We are now seeking for a full-time Painter / Contract Administrator / Web Administrator / Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
About the role
Duties/Responsibilities: Painter
- Perform high-quality painting and finishing works on residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, repairing cracks, patching, and priming.
- Mix and match paint colours to achieve required finishes.
- Apply paint, varnish, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
- Follow WHS procedures to ensure safe work practices on all sites.
Duties/Responsibilities: Contract Administrator
- Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts.
- Coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts
- Track payments and deadlines, maintain an audit file and summary for each contract
- Ensure compliance of appropriate regulations and owner specifications
Duties/Responsibilities: Web Administrator
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring accuracy, performance, and security.
- Maintain web content, graphics, news, and project updates.
- Monitor website analytics and optimise SEO performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers for system improvements.
- Ensure website compliance with standards, accessibility, and branding guidelines.
- Support digital marketing activities including newsletters, online forms, and campaigns.
- Manage backups, hosting, and integrations with web tools and platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities: Graphic Designer
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, signage, presentations, and social media content.
- Produce visual concepts aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Create digital assets for website, online ads, and project showcases.
- Work with internal teams to deliver project-specific artwork.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printers when needed.
- Maintain and organise the company’s digital media library.
- Assist with video content, photo editing, and layout design as required.
Benefits and perks
An attractive remuneration package ($60,000 - $115,000) is offered for the right candidate depends on experiences.
Skills and experience
Ideal Candidate must be:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on capability within their field (painting, contract administration, web management, or graphic design).
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Sound organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively
Great communication and interpersonal skills
