PAINTER

At Bullseye Commercial & Civworx, we take pride in delivering high-quality painting services across commercial, residential, and civil projects. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Painters to join our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about your craft, we want to hear from you!

• Clean, sand, and repair surfaces
• Fill holes, cracks, and smooth uneven areas
• Remove old paint or wallpaper as needed

• Mix pigments, oils, and thinners to achieve desired color and consistency
• Match colors accurately to client specifications

• Apply paint, stains, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Execute both standard and decorative finishes

• Maintain and clean tools, brushes, sprayers, and work areas
• Keep accurate records of paint usage and work performed

• Hang and align wallpaper precisely
• Trim edges and ensure pattern alignment

• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and drop cloths to protect surroundings
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace

• Follow all OH&S regulations and company safety protocols
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Read blueprints or project plans
• Estimate material costs and timeframes
• Communicate with clients regarding timelines and preferences

• Proven experience as a painter (commercial/civil/residential)
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work at heights and use scaffolding/ladders safely
• Strong understanding of painting materials and techniques
• Good communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
